Defense will be motioning for Discovery of:
The entirety of bank records of Strokemasters from the acquisition of Strokemasters by Gentry, at the time known as Saltwood, until the day of this motioning.
Lost Shop profits can only be estimated accurately by extrapolating the previous profits of Strokemasters while under conditions that would be the case had the tort not happened, i.e if Strokemasters was never raided or seized. We only request while under Gentry's ownership as that is a significant factor towards the operating conditions of Strokemasters and any records outside of Gentry's ownership would be non-applicable. This is why we request the records from acquisition to seizure. Lost Wages provides a similar reasoning. Realistic estimations of wages can only be acquired via extrapolation as described above.
Reputation damages are generally estimated by comparing profits pre-reputation damage and post-reputation damage. The difference is used to assess the reputation damage value. Of course, to evaluate this, I need the records from before and after.
