SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT
To the State of San Andreas Judiciary
Name: Arthur Sharpe
Department: BSCO
Locations to be Searched
16 Grove Street
Items to be Searched for and Seized:
Illegal Firearms
Probable Cause:
Deputies Ham, Sharpe, Rodgers and Law arrived at the scene of a shots fired call on Grove Street in which multiple individuals were reported to be discharging firearms inclusive of an SMG. On arrival, two injured individuals were immediately found and identified, those being Johnny Bastille and Charlie White. Said individuals are noted members of the ESB (East Side Balla) gang and are known violent felons. Suspects were GSR tested, found to be positive, then frisked in line with policy as LEOs had reason to believe said suspects were armed. No firearms were found on their persons. TacMed arrived at BCSO request and began rendering medical aid to injured suspects, at which point Deputy Georgia Ham noticed that two more individuals were injured within the property. This property was later confirmed to be 16 Grove Street, returning to Johnny Bastille.
Injured parties within the property were secured and Sergeant Sharpe, along with Deputy Ham, Rodgers and Law noted the presence of rear pattern ejection firearm casings on the floor of the property. These casings were of multiple calibres inclusive of .45 ACP, 5.56mm and 7.62mm. It is notable that 5.56 and 7.62 are only discharged by Class 3 automatic firearms and the SMG reported as being discharged is chambered in .45 ACP.
Based on the inherent risk of tampering with any potential evidence, Deputy Georgia Ham performed a cursory sweep of the property for other suspects and/or pertinent evidence, finding a sniper rifle, partly deconstructed, on a wooden table clearly within view of Deputies while making the sweep. They stated that a group of people wearing tan had arrived on Grove Street and began firing upon them. No weapons were located on any of these suspects, namely:
Jonny Bastille - GSR Positive
Charlie White - GSR Negative
Noah Parker - GSR Negative
Josh Williams - GSR Positive
Based on the lack of located firearms on the person of Jonny Bastille, the property owner. The presence of a sniper rifle in plain view within the property and the suspects' suspended firearms license and extensive violent history, Sergeant Sharpe wishes to press for a full search warrant of the property 16 Grove Street.

Affidavit: The DAO approves this Warrant. We believe with the surmounting evidence and the lack of weapons license from the suspects we believe there is more stored there than what has deemed visable.
