Due to the seriousness of the charges The State is contesting the request for Bail. We believe that Wingman Block is a flight risk and will leave the State. If the court does go forward with Bail for Mr. Wingman Block, then the State is asking for a 1 Million dollar bond.

I was unaware you were presiding your Honor. I misinterpreted your postings as those of a Clerkly duty.

Your Honor, Wingman Block is with the same people at the same house on Covenant street every day. I'd be surprised to hear if Mr. Block was ever north of Chumash pier. The strong ties to not only Mr. Block's personal community in Los Santos, but also his ties to specifically the Southside community make Mr. Block's chance, and desire, of flight quite low, the defense reasons. If there are other factors contributing to the DAO's assessment of Mr. Block's flight risk, the defense would request they make them known.

Bail Conditions

Bail is set in the amount of $500,000, 10% payable to the DOJ Account (10000002). If another individual pays bail for Wingman Block, they will be held liable for the remaining amount if bail is broken.

1) Abstaining from the consumption of drugs and alcohol
2) Cannot commit a misdemeanor or felony
3) Cannot possess on their person, deadly weapons or firearms
4) Subject to a frisk during a legal detainment
5) Must make their phone number and address available to the court during the bail process
6) No contact with the victim or adverse witnesses
7) Cannot be in the Southside due to his relations with the gang known as "The Blocks". Additionally, Wingman Block cannot contact any member of "The Blocks" during his bail.
8) Must reside with Raven Porter at her Calais Ave Apartment until the scheduling of his court case.
