Probable Cause:
15th June Richie King Carter + 3 others arrived on scene of a LSPD arrest, officers called in that multiple people from the carter family were on scene. Within minutes officers were held up at gun point, one officer was shot down and alerted other officers who shortly arrived on scene, 259 Jax Walker witnessed 1 suspect robbing Officer Beaumont Bleu has his LSPD SMG, LSPD Heavy Pistol and LSPD CaraCara Key stolen, due to officers being shot down with 1 suspect standing over them with weapon in hand 259 Jax Walker shouted to surrender and the suspect stopped robbing the officer and aimed towards 295 Jax Walker but was quickly shot down, a shootout with multiple members of the carter family commenced with 3 members of the Carter Family shot down and multiple officers, on this scene we had 6 officers gunned down, and 3 members of the Carter Family. Due to low LEO numbers, the 4th and possible 5th suspect manage to take one of the downed suspects from the scene, which we believe to be Richie King Carter, some blood on scene at the location of the missing suspect came back to Richie King Carter, and he was arrested (CR:36122) on the the next day, 16th June (in possession of the LSPD SMG, and then 2 days later on the 18th June he was arrested again (CR:36389) and this time was in possession of the LSPD CaraCara vehicle key. We still have 1x piece of government equipment outstanding which is an LSPD Heavy Pistol along with unknown amounts of ammo.
- A suspect with the weapon in hand was robbing Officer Beaumont Bleu. (LSPD SMG, LSPD Heavy Pistol and LSPD CaraCara Key stolen)
- Suspect was shot down standing over Officer Beaumont Bleu, while shooting other officers
- Multiple Carters were arrested, suspect at the location of the officer being robbed. was taken from the scene by someone and avoided arrest.
- Richie King Carter's blood was found at the location of the suspect being shot down, exactly where Officer Beaumont Bleu was laying and robbed.
- Richie King Carter was arrested the next day (16th June) in possession of the LSPD SMG that was stolen.
- Richie King Carter was arrested 2 days after that (18th June) in possession of the LSPD CaraCara
- 1x LSPD Heavy Pistol remains unrecovered, along with LSPD branded ammo.
As you can see Richie King Carter's blood puts him at the location of the robbery, and in possession of 2 of the 3 items within the following days. Which took 2 arrests, 1 item per arrest which means he has been storing them somewhere he can easily access, his 2 vehicles and his hotel room are the 3 locations we know he has easy and constant access to. He has been arrested 3 more times since this last arrest mentioned above (CR: 36389) but the LSPD heavy pistol and ammo iis still outstanding. So I would like to raid his hotel room and vehicles to find and secure them.
