Statement of Claim: Mr.Carson Cross and Mr. Leon Lang as representative of Evergreen entered into a contract on May 30, 2025. In the contract Mr.Lang agreed to loan Mr.Cross $60,000 so that he could purchase a Vorschlaghammer LuxT. Mr.Cross has failed to repay the loan in breach of contract. The Plaintiff seeks the listed collateral in the contract of the Vorschlaghammer LuxT and other damages.
