The State is also seeking the seizure of Forum 7, Forum 9, and Forum 11.
The State will also be seeking civil asset forfeiture on Rory Owens' $165,000 unless proven obtained legally. This should be easy for Ms. Owens given that she is an "investor" of a little mom and pop diner called Last Stop Diner that is certainly open enough to have this kind of interest paid to Ms. Owens!
The State is seeking to perform civil asset forfeiture on the $207,443 found across Forum 7, 9, and 11.
The State's recommended sentencing is as follows:
Hector Lopez:
9 Years in Boilingbroke, 5 years parole, and $800,000
Que Jones:
9 Years in Boilingbroke, 5 years parole, and $750,000
Jimmy Monroe:
9 Years in Boilingbroke, 5 years parole, and $750,000

The counsel for Mr Monroe is still waiting for a proposed deal to be offered.

We will also mention the defense counsel's distaste in @Uriel Whitlock's approach to only drafting a plea deal after a client agrees to cut-down and summarized version of it through text.

A summary is not the same as an actual deal, as it lacks nuance, and to argue that filling out a short template is a waste of their time is highly disappointing. If filling out the most basic paperwork in their work is a nuisance, a professional recommendation of ours would be to actually hire people responsible for such work.
