Probable Cause:
Rory Owens was not even a blip on the radar of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office until the fateful evening of January 24th. Captain Bloom conducted a raid on Forum 7, Forum 9, and Forum 11. Inside of Forum 9, Captain Bloom and deputies found numerous indications of Rory Owens being involved with Peter Yin romantically. This is not illegal however it raised suspicion. Her involvement did become illegal on two separate occasions, the first being her storing her firearms at her gang banging boyfriend's house (he does not legally own it but he lives there and there is so much evidence to support this). The second instance would be after a warrant was placed out for her arrest and she was caught leaving a bank with $165,000 and told Deputy Ham under Miranda, that she was taking this money out to avoid it being billed by the state if she were to be found guilty for the stuff in Forum 9.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office finds it more than reasonable to search her other properties given that she has conveniently "been robbed" of all of the firearms she has purchased yet some ended up in Forum 9. This on top of her admitting to Deputies that she was intending to hide away money from the state, The Blaine County Sheriff's Office finds its more than reasonable to search Owens' properties.

Why drugs and drug paraphernalia? They are not even mentioned in the statement of PC

@Theodore Lars I was intentionally obtuse to a degree because I know how conflict arguments have been being handled but the evidence in 6878 has 2x drug trafficking and 1x felony possession with intent to distribute in that investigation alone.

"I know how conflict arguments have been being handled" I am unsure what this is implying with warrants, but on Warrants I need All of the PC required to sign and how it points to that person. Otherwise I am not gonna sign it.

I see your point being you believe she is in collective possession with all the evidence that she also resided in that house. Also that her Hotel Key Card was in there.

I find PC that she either has resided there and has knowledge of the contents OR has illegally distributed possessions that coincide with other illegal items found (Guns). By contributing and or being in collective possession, I find enough evidence that warrants a search to be granted. She clearly has knowledge with a statement of "avoid it being billed by the state if she were to be found guilty for the stuff in Forum 9.", and the owner himself can't have firearms so why are hers there at a 'gang bangers' house.
