Locations to be Searched:
- Illegal alleyway medical facility located on South Shambles St. and Hangar Way
- Any attached or contained storage areas within the structure
Items to be Searched for and Documented:
- Medical equipment and supplies used in unlicensed procedures
- Containers of chemicals including but not limited to acetone and other solvents
- Written records, licenses, medical notes, or logs identifying operators or patients
- Human tissue, biological samples, or bodily remains
- Tools associated with evidence destruction or body disposal
- Personal effects or documents tying individuals to the site
NOTE: The intent is not to seize any items at this time, as the location is under continued surveillance. I am looking to ascertain who the owner or operator of the location and its equipment may be.
Probable Cause:
On 2025-06-27, Agent Fax Malder was informed by LSPD of what appears to be an unlicensed medical or autopsy facility located in a concealed alleyway on the southern-most block of South Shambles St. and Hangar Way (Cypress Flats).
The site is unregistered, barricaded off from the public, and has clearly been converted into a surgical space (see photos).
In plain view, I observed medical examination tables and two large 10-liter jugs of acetone - a chemical commonly used in the manufacturing of drugs and in forensic evidence destruction. The layout and materials suggest the space is at least being used for unlicensed and extremely dangerous medical services, if not drug manufacturing and/or body disposal.
This facility does not appear in any official business registry and shows signs of long-term covert use. There is a strong likelihood that the location contains evidence critical to identifying the operator and their involvement in criminal activity.
