The defendant was found GUILTY of Criminal Threats, as it is of the court's conclusion that he did make a threatening statement and later gunshot sounds as per testimony given in which France did feel threatened.
HOWEVER, the Court found the defendant NOT GUILTY of Failure to Obey a Lawful Order as the defendant did in fact comply with the order of putting his hands up when told. A better fitting charge would have been Resisting given his bar hopping as France climbed over.
