My client has instructed me to motion to assert her right to a speedy trial. With that being said, Ms. Fiia is open to pleading out if the Criminal Possession charge is dropped to a misdemeanor or infraction.

Criminal Poss of a Class 1 - Not Guilty, the individual was in possession of a valid weapons license, even if not valid the correct charge would be Negligent Ownership of Firearm.
Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License - Not Guilty - a license is valid until midnight of the date listed on the expiration date.
