Probable Cause:
On June 23, 2025 Ash Li went to see Josh Guy on Covenant Ave. Josh Guy robbed Ash Li of their heavy pistol. Josh Guy then followed Ash Li to the garage where Ash was beat down. From the trunk of Ash Li's car, more weapons were stolen from the trunk.

Weapon Heavy Pistol: DOTT1102282281287 [Registered Owner: Ash Li] was found on Josh Guy in Arrest #37559 | June 27, 2025
Due to the fact that Ash Li positively identified Josh Guy as the individual that stole her weapons, and one of said weapons was found on Josh Guy on June 27, 2025, we have probable cause to believe that Josh Guy is in possession of Ash Li's three other stolen weapons.
During today's arrest, Josh Guy was also in possession of a firearm returning to Sgt. Donnie Fontaine, which was stolen on 05/29/2025, proving that Josh Guy stores stolen firearms to utilize at later dates. Martha Topp was also on scene of this incident.
Josh Guy was also found in possession of another one of Ash Li's weapons on 06/26/2025 [LQCH1101210894441] This one is not one of the four reported stolen on June 23, 2025 - CR#37372
