Motion of Entry on behalf of Lenny Squabble

Also going to be motioning to Dismiss Lenny Squabble as a defendant in this civil case as Mr. Squabble was not in the operating room when this alleged malpractice took place, which can be affirmed by multiple witnesses and would be a waste of the courts time when there is no evidence or witness statements provided which place him in the room at the time of the incident.

Motion to Add Witnesses

Thorfinn Bjorn - The Plaintiff would like to motion for the inclusion of Thorfinn Bjorn in the witness list, serving as an Expert in the field of Medicine and Expert Medical Opinion for this case. As well as the witness who provided the statement listed for the Docket to open, There availability was on the scheduling before hand, and believe they are able to make the trail.

John Hawkins The case is against SAMS now as stated earlier on in the docket, instead of against the individuals,

Thorfinn Bjorn is not employed by the San Andreas Medical Services, nor posses a medical license. We have no issues with the officer testifying to their first-hand experience with this case, but we are objecting to their standing as an Expert in the field of Medicine or Medical Opinion.

Of course, should Your Honor @Theodore Lars prefer, we can raise those objections in court at the time of trial.

Our Rebuttal to that is that Thorfinn Bjorn was previously employed by SAMS and was a Doctor with them, just because they no longer employed does not mean they would not be an Expert witness.
