Reason for Suit: Lily Wickens suffered a fall, and was transported to Harmony medical, operated by San Andreas Medical Services Oliver Dunn, Lenny Squabble and Budge McFlint. Where to we believe Ms. Wickens was in critical condition and taken into surgery. It is to the best of the Plaintiff's knowledge through statements from witnesses, medical professionals from pillbox that medical neg. and malpractice took place.

The Plaintiff is looking for retribution for the damages in the sum of $2 500 000

All evidence gathered by the Plaintiff will be given to defence during discovery.

With regards to the filing fee, we were told this would be waved, by Blake Moore a while ago, as its a refill for a case.

Ah...European date formatting. I see. Still barely in time. I will be looking this over. I need some FACTS as to the claim, such as an actual witness claim. Right now you have 0 evidence for this claim on here. The prior docket I see a medical report, but nothing about why we believe doctors caused harm.

Correct, and understandable. for grounds to start off the case procedures, please see the following witness statement made by an off Duty Officer at the time, and a witness that the Plaintiff intends to call to the stand : Aaliyah Barrett

Me and Lily were parachuting at the dam when mine failed and we called medical services. SAMS arrived and during my treatment Lily fell off the cliff and hurt her back they took us both to the Harmony medical centre they got me back up and good to go when I got out of bed Lily was in surgery for her back I saw them bring in a spider and have it bite her as well as when they came to talk to me after stitching her back up that her spine had had injuries sustained by a hammer to the spine they told me they didn't think she would make it. A paramedic attempted to give her antivenom and started chest compressions to help it flow while she was on her back right after back surgery. When she was brought to Pillbox for surgery they had found nails in her back that were left from when she was stitched up.

Following that the Plaintiff had 2 initial appointments for follow up with Dr Constance Nowak before sickness took a hold of her, with that a third one was scheduled and took place however there are no medical reports on it, more are too take place with regards to PT

The witness statement provided is the start of many, some of which we wish to do during discovery as we plan to motion to depose members of SAMS and former members of SAMS as information has come to the plaintiffs knowledge that people have been in fear of losing there jobs if they gave a statement.

However we are more than happy if Honourable Judge Lars would prefer it to be in a court setting during the trail, where we could subpoena these individuals to give there account.

1 witness claiming the doctors did this, did you get any witness statements or information from SAMS? You promise depositions, but it feels like there is an entire investigation missing. Do you have witnesses other than Lily or subpoenaed information?

I am intrigued by these reports, but I dont see any information that it was the defendants. I see a Frey operated. Is there a police investigation? Any proof of them other than you came back with injuries? I just need to see something the defendants are provably connected and need to refute. Possibly a cooberating witness. Just something that makes it go to 51%. It could even be the witness got thier names and badges that day and that's why you know it was them.

Once I have confirmation on why it is those defendants, we can move to the next stage. The court appreciates your quick replies to make sure the statement of claim is clear why we will be hearing arguments.

To the courts, the plaintiff moves to enter a witness statement by Thorfinn Bjorn (Formerly Freya Ragnfrid) the Doctor who done the surgical medical report at pillbox.

I was on duty at Pillbox Medical as a Doctor at SAMS, I heard a call come in from BCMED ( Tac Med Subdivision, no longer active!). The BCMED then informed me that the patient was moved from - Harmony, whom claimed he was a dentist, saying he used a hammer to "fix" an injury in regards to Miss Wickens' spine and how they used a LIVE brown recluse spider to improve their vitals. During examination of the patient I could tell their skin was showing signs of necrosis at the site of the spider bite, the damage to the spine was serious and required extensive surgery and definite after care. The BCMED was terminated and everyone employed under the subdepartment was let go, part of the reason this took place was because of the unprofessional conduct of the "medical professionals" at that department. Honourable Judge Lars we hope the statement from the doctor is enough to move forward, The names of the people on the docket, are the doctors that were terminated, post surgery on the plaintiffs back, However if Honour finds it not sufficient for civil litigation to the individuals personally we would be more than happy to move towards civil litigation against the institution as whole been SAMS - San Andreas Medical Services, as these doctors were working under the SAMS umbrella, as Doctors.

The statement was not made under oath in this proceeding, and the individual in question has not been called as a live witness.

Without the opportunity to examine the credibility, context, or cross-examine the declarant, admitting this unsworn narrative as evidence would be prejudicial, and lacking in any reliability. The defense requests that the court disregard the statement in its entirety.

The Plaintiff intends to request to Subpoena to depose the doctor of Ms. Wickens, Dr. Constance Nowak at this time, She is the primary care for Ms. L. Wickens at this time. Been the primary Care giver and taking part in Ms. L. Wickens treatments she would supply us with a direct line to how these treatments have been going. She is also a member of Command at the San Andreas Medical Service, therefore would provide an insight into what what happened around San Andreas Medical Service at the time of the incident.

If the defence could Fulfil this request with out the need of a Subpoena we would be more than happy with that.

Motion to Add Witnesses

The defendant (San Andreas Medical Services) would like to motion for the inclusion of Mr Rick Richards in the witness list for the defendant, serving as an Expert in the field of Medicine and Expert Medical Opinion for this case. Mr Richards holds the rank of Underseer (High Command) within San Andreas Medical Services with extensive knowledge and experience in the field. He would be testifying to the limitations and standards surrounding proper medical expert opinion, as well as rebutting evidence provided in this case.

Mr Richards' availability has already been shared with the court.

The defendant would also like to motion for the inclusion of Rivington Riviera in the witness list for the defendant. Mr Riviera is known for his lifelong employment within the USA's medical field, including past employment with SAMS, currently acting as the Head of the San Andreas State Health and Safety Department as well as the claimed owner of the Spider used during Miss Wickens' initial treatment. Additionally, Mr Riv could serve as a translator for the Spider itself, known by the name of "Hi1a".

Mr Riv's availability has already been shared with the court.

Additionally, the defendant would like to motion for the inclusion of the genetically modified Australian funnel-web spider "Hi1a" in the witness list for the defendant, with Mr Riviera acting as the Spider's official translator.

Hi1a's availability is consistent with Mr Riviera's.

Honourables if the defence would like to call them, they can call them. and stating something is hearsay after given a statement, on which they were the doctor who operated, they were the doctor who received the plaintiff, there is no second hand information, it would all be first hand, which would be on the grounds of truthful, if we required every statement to be monitored by an officer of oaths, well the clerks would need to be at every crime scene?

With regards to the witnesses and the motions seen, The plaintiff requests time to process what has been said... because we are concerned that supernatural beliefs are coming in to question here, and it is not something everyone has to believe, and we certainly don't.
