BRIEF STATEMENT OF RECORDS SOUGHT: Any form of communication between co-conspirators relating to the sheer amount of possessed weapons parts and receivers. Individual had a mass of receivers, explosives and attachments either on his person or within his constructive possession by being in the Organisation known as the 'Creature Cartel'. Individual contacted members of this organisation while in LEO custody and, based on information wilfully provided to Deputy Jen Saito, had actively contacted three seperate individuals or groups in the recent few hours.
DATE(S) AND TIME(S) OF PROBABLE CAUSE: 3rd of July 2025 - 14:00->16:20
PROBABLE CAUSE:
Bernie Wernstein was arrested for trespassing on the 3rd of July at around 14:00 in the Sandy Shores Scrapyard, during his arrest Bernie Wernstein admitted under Miranda to not being permitted to be in the scrapyard and that he was actively stealing tyres for someone in Paleto. Bernie Wernstein was searched incident to arrest and had the following articles on his person:

1x Double Action Revolver Receiver
1x Assault SMG Receiver
1x SMG Receiver
1x Heavy Pistol Receiver
1x Bullpup Shotgun Receiver
1x Extended SMG Magazine
4x Indica Joints
1x Gock 45 - Scratched off serial.
The suspect was documented as being in the organisation known as the Creature Cartel. During his detention despite being told by Deputy Jen Saito that his possessions were secure in a DOC bag the suspect was noted to be using his phone and actively calling someone. Jen Saito received evidence of call logs and text records to establish who he had been contacting. It was revealed that he had contacted Kimchi Wang, a member of the Creature Cartel Organisation. Shortly thereafter it was revealed that Kimchi Wang had actively removed Bernie Wernstein from the Organisation after having been informed of his prolonged arrest. Sergeant Sharpe believes that this gave the BCSO exigency to search the four properties returning to the Creature Cartel Organisation based on the possession of these weapon parts. On inspection of the first vehicle, Deputies found 153 weapon receivers, explosives, attachments etc.
It is evident from all information submitted that Bernie Wernstein actively communicated with Kimchi Wang. Kimchi Wang actively moved to obscure evidence from Law Enforcement to seperate himself from Bernie Wernstein. Sergeant Sharpe wishes to investigate Bernie Wernstein's extensive mass of contacts as to whom he may be conspiring with.
