Statement of Claim: On July 1st, 2025, my client Elliot Bowman attempted to hire Sirexa to read an ad as he had done in the past. Following the terms of service, he gave $20,000 to her primary user Bench Guy and the ad to Sirexa. It was an ad to promote the LSPD. After receiving the money, Bench Guy made Sirexa give him the ad, where he decided that she would not give him the ad space he had requested. However, instead of giving the money back to my client, Mr.Guy decided to keep the money, trying to defraud my client out of $20,000.
