Unlawful Firearms and/or Means of Production + drug paraphernalia
Probable Cause:
Bernie Wernstein was arrested on the 3rd of July 2025; in his possession he had 11 unlawful firearms. During his arrest and processing, the individual actively communicated with someone while in LEO custody despite being informed his communications devices had been confiscated. On inspection by Jen Saito it was revealed that the individual had actively contacted one Kimchi Wang, an individual he was in an organisation with. Said suspect was then actively removed from the same organisation thus tampering with potential evidence. On a following exigency raid of the vehicles, over 100+ firearms were secured from one vehicle alone.
Sergeant Sharpe then applied for a subpoena of the phone and contact records of Bernie Wernstein in an effort to further investigate potential contact between the two suspects. On return of the subpoena, it was revealed that Bernie Wernstein was in active contact with Freida Goblok and is stated to share a property with Kimchi Wang. Further investigation displays that a property within a group chat including Freida Goblok has drug paraphernalia (multiple bongs) contained within.
Sergeant Sharpe believes it to be reasonable to apply for a search warrant on Eclipse Towers 236, an apartment owned by Freida Goblok on the belief that further weaponry could be stored within. It is evident based on the evidence provided that Kimchi Wang and Bernie Wernstein have no issue storing large amounts of weaponry in property they have access to.
