Not guilty on all charges. The acts constituting Reckless Endangerment were consensual in nature, without anymore information there is too much doubt - not guilty on this charge. There was no testimony provided by any of the witnesses that the Defendant held himself out as a member of SAMS or doctor at Pillbox Hospital, that he represented them or had any affiliation with them, thus not guilty on Impersonating a Government Employee. As for the most interesting charge here, Practicing without a License, there was significant doubt as to the events occurring that constituted "regulated activities". Because of this doubt, the conflicting testimony and the testimony that was corroborated by both witnesses it is impossible to say whether or not the acts committed between the Defendant and the Victim were in any way "regulated activities" under the penal code. Therefore, the Defendant is not guilty of Practicing without a License.
