Jamar Jenkins was arrested, but the original charges against him were dropped. During the arrest, an LSPD officer found contraband on my client. Was charged for what was on him. Since the original charges were not used any longer for the search. Anything found on Mr. Jenkins would be considered fruit of the poisonous tree. Addition to illegally arrested and charged.
