Due to the following Probable Cause:
Senior Officer Rush is conducting an investigation (#7171) into Mr. Simon Rayne for criminal threats and the possible planning of trying to kill the employees of Casey's Diner, including Miss Kate Coulter in particular. She is seeking a subpoena for Mr. Rayne's Life Invader account to see if she can match up any posts or threats made under this account in order to help boost her investigation.

Victim Statement
I, Kate Coulter, was working at Casey's Diner on the 8th of July at approximately 12:30pm, when a man with blue hair, parted in the middle, with a blue sweatshirt entered. He said he was a prolific serial killer and actively looking for more victims. He threatened to stab me multiple times if I charged him $150 for food. He also stated that he assaulted the Credulous family last night, and had smashed their heads in with a crowbar. He asked if I had a weapon and if anyone else was in the building, and I lied and said there were. He left when another customer entered and then called back to say that if I called the police he would find me no matter what and murder me.
