The remaining charges do not apply to Kerr and are even maliciously stacked. Kerr should not have been charged with impersonation and possession of gov equipment as he works for the LSPD and anything involving the LSPD equipment is an SOP violation and should be handled internally, not a legal one that needs to be handled in court.
