Joinder of complaints
The 1st Plaintiff and the 2nd Plaintiff's claims being joined together in this claim is warranted. Both claims involve similar questions of fact and law, which ought to be decided in the same proceeding. To sever the claims of the 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs from one another would result in unnecessary expense of judicial resources, prejudice to both parties, and delay.
