As per the conversation between myself and Ms. Evans, and the provided vehicle report, the strikes on Mr. Guy's vehicle are NOT expired. Guy's counsel has been misinformed. This vehicle was seized by the DOJ through Magistrate Judge Blake Moore, and ownership transferred to the LSPD. We are motioning to DENY this request to return the vehicle to Mr. Guy's ownership.

Figure it'd save some time chasing with phone calls to clarify since I'm the officer that applied a majority of the strikes and conclusively seized the vehicle with the help of Magistrate Moore, but for clarity the final strike and seizure was completed on July 12th, 2025 with the owner being informed verbally the following day.

The reason for the scriveners error in the body of the vehicle's report is I hadn't set my wrist watch back from time at home instead the operating time on shift. Apologies for just showing up with this random explanation, figure it'd be easier to just go direct instead of contact chasing with my legal team, the presiding and the counsel.

After reviewing the reports provided to me, i find that the second strike for Mr. Guys vehicle on june 15th 2025
should not have been given. The stated reasoning for the strike is linked to a warrent (1112) and the arrest report (35942).
If the strike stemmed from the warrant, the statement given that the vehicle used was a grey in color buffalo does not
mean it was owned by Mr. Guy. There is no plate lock, there is no pictures, there is simply no evidence of the vehicle in
question being used in this incident.
As for the arrest report. There is no mention of any violence. There is mentioning of fleeing, no violence. Again that does
not warrant a strike. We would like to motion to remove the second strike based on the lack of evidence.

Kye Evans What are the charges on that arrest report. Failure to Appeal will then apply those charges to the client.

As far as the vehicle argument, it sounds like there may be something worthy of the Courtroom. @Lupin_McBrave Do you need any witnesses to a hearing about if the car was properly striked? If we just need the lawyers for a hearing I can accommodate throughout the week.
