Rob Mist, Anais Etherington, Poppy Floris, George Power, Thomas Mercer, Jen Saito, Paddy Murphy, Jane Rowley, Arthur Sharpe and Richard Hoover are not listed in the reports, warrants, or investigations that involve the second strike. The only reports regarding the second strike as shown on Mr. Guy's profile is CR 35942 and Warrant 1112, which makes the rest irrelevant. Also his criminal history is also not relevant to the second strike.

Ruling : There was not enough evidence to provide that it was Josh Guy's buffalo in warrant 1112. with that it was brought up there were two strikes in CR 39101 and in the report the investigations linked were wrong and on top of that in Inv 7262 the vehicle was not documented properly.

Josh Guy needs to be provided his vehicle withing the next 24 hours
