Reason for Suit: On the day of 6/15/25, Theodore Lars was kidnapped by Josh Guy along with 3 other subordinate members of the gang he de facto leads, the Blocks. The Blocks, including Guy, stabbed Lars in the neck. Lars had to undergo extensive surgery, and a long recovery. The recovery process included him only being able to eat soft foods, not smoke, and not drink any harsh beverages such as alcohol and soda. Lars also could hardly speak without being out of breath for about a week. Lars was kidnapped from the court room, and as a result suffers severe anxiety and stress that makes performing his day to day tasks and his work difficult for him.
