It is outside the statute, yes, but I am going to allow it because of the reasoning provided by the Plaintiff's counsel regarding having to wait for the report to be released due to the dissolution of the DAO.
With that said, @Kye Evans - Is your client really only available that one day out of the whole schedule? Please have her go back and adjust her availability, if not. I will need this done by the end of the day.
@Teomi Tiffin If you can please prioritize the availability of the judge, plaintiff, and plaintiff's counsel for this trial, please? It was noted in the filing that both parties would be available during EU hours, which is why I took this case, so I would like scheduling to fall within that range. The defense should be finding counsel who can also be available during those times, as per the filing.
