Audrey Danejure-Storm | Clausen | Frost
Warden Storm, Justice Lars and myself have both said we are allowing this case to move forward regarding the statute of limitations, and that is not going to change. His ruling has my backing. I also was very clear when I told both of you that I will not be hearing any other motions in this docket, nor did I want any back and forth between you two unless I asked for rebuttals. This docket is a disaster, and I'm tired of it being cluttered up.
Because of this, you are both going to be found in contempt for $10k a piece (fine only - no time) for the back-and-forth. This will be billed on the court date. The docket is an extension of the courtroom. Respect it as such.
Now, if it doesn't have to do with scheduling, I don't want it on here. You can arrange a chambers hearing if you need something heard before the trial date.
