STATEMENT OF FACTS
On July 19, 2025, Mr. Dalton was arrested in Sandy Shores. After investigation and a search of his person finding 30 individually packaged bags of cannabis, a further search of associated property uncovered:
• 256 bags of cannabis 1gE
• 13 pre-rolled joints 1gE
• 2 cannabis seeds
• 1 cultivation table
PLEA AGREEMENT
I, the Defendant, being of sound mind, willfully and voluntarily enter such a plea agreement with the State of San Andreas.
I have been afforded the opportunity to speak to an attorney, and have thus:
elected to appoint an Attorney to represent my case.
OR elected to refuse my rights to representation during these proceedings and am proceeding Pro Se.
I, the Defendant, fully understand the nature & elements of the crime with which I have been charged, and the criminal culpability that such charges imply therein.
SENTENCING TERMS
• 5 Years incarceration at Bolingbroke State Penitentiary, in access of time served in custody.
• $300,000 Fine payable as part of sentencing
