1) Abstaining from the consumption of drugs and alcohol
2) Cannot commit a misdemeanor or felony
3) Cannot possess on their person, deadly weapons or firearms
4) Subject to a frisk during a legal detainment
5) Must make their phone number and address available to the court during the bail process
6) No contact with known felons
Your Honor, while the defendant is a first-time offender, the amount of narcotics involved—valued at approximately $130,000—along with the presence of a production device, indicates organized criminal activity. We respectfully request bail be set at $100,000, with the above conditions
