@Judges Good Morning! We have reached a plea deal for Mr. Braddington. All parties have signed the plea deal, and it is now awaiting a judge's approval. If you could let me know which judge to text the plea deal paperwork to, that would be great.
The plea deal for Braddington is as follows:
The State hereby offers the following plea deal to Chase Braddington for the following charges:
1x Weapons Trafficking
2x Assault with a Deadly
1x Criminal Possession of Weapons Attachments
1x Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
If Mr. Braddington pleads guilty to the above charges, he will receive the following sentence:
Time: 5 years (in addition to the 5 years already served)
Fine: $135,000
In addition to the above, Mr. Braddington will have to serve five days of documented community service, which he will report back to me. Being that he was trafficking guns and putting the community in danger, it is only befitting that he dedicate some time giving back to them.
