Reason for Suit: Harlan Mount is withholding administrative and physical access to Auto Exotic Fixing Station (AEFS) from rightful Owner Michael Graves. This includes withholding access to physical facilities such as storage on-site at AEFS, and also withholding administrative access through the organization manager tool, among other things. Graves wishes to hire people to be able to operate the shop, which has not been open for several weeks, leaving the shop in danger of seizure.

Thank you for this. I just realized when it's scheduled. I'm out of state with 0 access to fly in from Monday-Wednesday. I had thought I filled this availability out, but must have been for another case.

Motion for a slight continuance beyond Wednesday. I have filled out my availability since also. I see no judge attached as well so that may give time for a judge to accept as well if the courts will allow for it

Although it is beyond the discovery period. I was unable to provide this documentation for the same reasons of why the trial was rescheduled in the first place with my emergency departure from the state. Lack of being able to physically provide this past week.

This evidence is not substantive or prejudicial and is known information already. I want to provide something that is easier to access for the trial.
I have yet to see a judge attach to this so was unaware if the trial would be continuing forward as scheduled. I'm also happy to meet ahead of time as well if needed for any questions.

If this is unable to be considered, I would require a 24 hour continuance as I had stated I would not be able to be in state and unable to access this information until so. I would understand if opposing counsel wanted more time to review, but also am prepared for this evening assuming this straightforward piece of evidence can be accepted.

This trial is a little too late for me to pick up, and we are waiting to see if there's another available judge. In the interest in keeping things moving, I have some questions:

Is it possible for everyone to start the trial in an hour (7:30pm EST)?
If not, and this is granted a continuance for the sake of scheduling, are you all available to meet about two hours before the currently scheduled time (so, 7:30pm EST) on the 9th?
@Ash Lǐ and @Kye Evans -- Are any of these very many witnesses going to be duplicative at all? Do they all offer substance to the trial? Calling eight witnesses will have us here all night. Please try to pick out who is actually going to offer important, insightful, unique ~~insight~~ information from the others.
@Harlan Mount You can bring up adding this evidence in pre-trial motions.

Again, hopefully another judge will be able to step in and scoop this up (if we can't meet in an hour), but I want to have a plan in motion just in case that can't happen.
