1x Attempted Theft of a Motor Vehicle - GUILTY - Fantastic arguments were made from both sides. Prosecution argued Constructive Possession and the Defense made a great argument about how each prong of constructive possession were not met because the intent could not be proven since the defendant lacked all the tools to steal the vehicle. However "Attempted" means to take one or more steps to committing the crime and the Prosecution pointed out that getting into the drivers seat is a step to that, along with having one of the tools needed to steal the car.
