There is literally hundreds of guns/receivers in evidence, many kilograms of drugs, and large amounts of materials to make weapons - the plea deal is not sufficient for the alleged crimes. The State is warned moving forward, if parole is provided - the conditions for parole MUST be stated in the plea deal.

Sotorious McStevens is found not guilty through Summary Judgement. No one on the State side showed up to present the case. Based on the evidence provided, there was not enough to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Sotorious McStevens was involved with Jason Alder and what was in the apartment.
