Items to be Searched for and Seized:

Any illegal weapons, weapons manufacturing equipment, or materials used therefor.

Probable Cause:
Rangers 252-Allen Mercer and 613-Danielle Steel were on Barracuda patrol when they witnessed a boat heading towards San Andreas from the direction of Cayo. When attempting to initiate a stop, they fled inland and did not yield to Rangers. Upon landing, Rangers and BCSO closed to speak with suspects when they split and fled, two being captured with one Enrique Alcarez fleeing the scene. He was later spotted fleeing from the Route 68 Market Center Parking Garage by Louis Bloom and a short pursuit initiated, but he escaped vision and was unable to be located. His compatriots all possessed Weapons Trafficking amounts of weapon parts & Weapon Manufacturing Materials, as well as two of his vehicles containing large amounts of explosives and weapons materials. Enrique Alcarez is the Vice President of the Organization and is believed to be using said vehicles for storing similar materials.
