Brief Description of Case: On or around the 10th of July Veronica Horningstone was pulled over by officer Bench Guy, she was stopped on Sustantia Road, just past Fudge Lane. During this stop Bench Guy informed Veronica that if she didn't step out of the vehicle he would shoot her tires, Veronica then asked "Are you allowed to shoot my tires?" to which he asserted "No one else is on duty, who's gunna stop me." Veronica then fled in a panic, after a quarter of a mile, a mere 15 seconds, Officer Bench Guy executed a pit maneuver under Scott v Harris case law. Veronica was pinned against a tree and tased from the vehicle, after being tased multiple times Veronica was detained, Officer Bench Guy failed to render any level of medical aid or checks for Veronica despite being in a severe car crash and having been tased multiple times. While in the cells Veronica referred to Bench Guy by his name, to which he replied "Call me the Director" after which he drew his baton and entered the cells, Veronica said "Ok, Director" and Bench Guy then holstered his baton and left her cell. Veronica then plead guilty and was sent to prison.
