The Adverse Witnesses are Rick Richards, Officer Shaw, Officer Burton
He can speak with Deputy Shaw and Burton during a legal detainment and about the case as they are pushing the charges. Nothing else.
- Abstaining from the consumption and possession of drugs and alcohol
- Cannot commit a misdemeanor or felony
- Cannot possess on their person, deadly weapons or firearms
- Subject to a frisk during a legal detainment
- Must make their phone number and address available to the court during the bail process
- No contact with the victim or adverse witnesses
- Associating with individuals you know to be, or ought to know are, currently committing criminal acts.
$200,000 for Bail, down payment was waved for offering Lawyering services for free during Bail.
