Theodore Lars Alcaraz's testimony is vital to all defendants, not just his own. I've spoke with Presley, he is more than happy to forego. As I said, Mc'Fuqo is wholly unobtainable at the current time.

Unless ALL defendants agree, we will have trial TONIGHT. If ALL wish to move the date, we will reschedule ONLY ONCE. If I find out either side gets fucked over with this, I will find out who is most responsible, sanction, and summary judgement. I am only doing this once.....

For McFuqo, I don't think the math in the Summary adds up to the State's recommendation for fines and times.

Can someone please remind me how many weapons were found?

Also, who is N. Morrison, and why did she release Presley from prison? Why was McFuqo released by A. Maranero?
