The defense has stated in the appeal that the Deputies had allegedly violated the rights of the defendant, since they are claiming fruit of the poisonous tree would be a 4th Amendment violation. In the documentation provided to me, there are images of multiple dispatch calls for drug sales, along with a photo of Mr.Allen, a very large sum of money, and eyewitness accounts from Deputies of the BCSO of the defendant doing “hand-offs”. They are well within their rights to search this individual, witnessing hand-offs while simultaneously getting active sale of drug calls in the area gives them the Probable Cause for a search. I believe that it is beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Allen is guilty of all charges.
