We have proof they have received evidence that has been directly motioned to produce and approved by you, your honor.

Small update on the requested items:

First, all statements are carbon copies of those written, signed and delivered by their authors.
All photos match whats on the report. There are a bunch labeled as early as the 16th which feature no guns, no pepstein, no oompa loompas and are just constructed living quarter. These have been given to Lars out of good faith to determine if they matter.

There was 1 piece of paper that wasn't included. That said, we're providing it, again in good faith.

Reason: Jeff Pepstein is unavailable for cross-examination and is presumed deceased. Any hearsay statements attributed to him or involving his alleged role should be excluded under evidentiary rules, particularly hearsay and confrontation clause concerns.

Motion in Limine to Exclude Evidence or Argument of Duress

Reason: The defense’s duress claim is factually unsupported. The defendant was armed, made no attempt to seek help, and only raised the claim post-arrest. She voluntarily engaged in multiple visits to the island and was acting as legal counsel to the alleged coercer. These facts undermine any assertion of coercion.

Motion to Preclude Testimony or Evidence from Defense Witnesses Who Visited the Island Post & Pre-Arrest

Reason: Witnesses such as Kye Evans, Albert Sanchez, Che Chaddington and Oliver Knight visited the island only after the defendant's arrest, before, or as a guest to Pepstein himself . As such, their testimony cannot reflect the defendant’s state of mind or conditions at the time of the offense. Their involvement — especially in connection to known weapons buyer Chad "Ched" Chaddington — suggests potential complicity rather than exculpatory insight.

Motion to Strike All Evidence Not Taken at the Runway Scene (Pre- or Post-Event)

Reason: Evidence presented from before or after the actual incident fails to demonstrate duress and instead reveals a coordinated effort by the defendant’s associates to muddy the facts. Only evidence captured during the runway event should be admitted, as it directly pertains to the charges at hand.
