Requesting the possibility of consolidating both State v. Joans and State v. LeClerk down into this case, turning it into "State v. Joans et al.".

All arrests, although occurring at different times, involve the main charge for the same incident that took place on July 26. We wish to consolidate those 3 arrests down for the sake of the Court's time, of course, should scheduling allow so.

187 R. O'Cop While the defense is not opposed to the State’s motion, I would require a continuance in order to proceed. I have not yet received Mr. LeClerk’s reports, and Mr. Joans is currently unrepresented. Although I have reached out to see if he would like me to represent him, I have not yet to receive a response. I only became aware of his arrest when reviewing the docket a few hours ago and, given the timing, it is unlikely I would be able to obtain the necessary reports and be able to review them before end of discovery.

Logan Brackley | Oliver Knight we're happy with continuance on this, a big case like that deserves time for the defense to properly review. We're not a fan of such a big case being set to take place just 5 days after arrest itself, very much rushed scheduling, unless both sides indicate they're ready to move on.

Terrorism is a complex charge after all.

I need A Judge or Justice to make a decision on the Consolidating Joans and LeClerk to this.

As for the rescheduling, other than This Friday, there is no other times that everyone would be able to make it. And Friday already have cases scheduled for the same availability. Unless the State want to schedule on a day Sgt. Boyardee can't make it.

Sorry for entering here, but with the events that has transpired as of late I feel like i should.

The lawyer for the defendant fled the city. The lawyer for the state is gone as well to my knowledge.

I dont know if the defendant was interested in a plea deal or taking things to court, so im asking for some time to figure that out.
If a plea deal is the way if the Rangers would be alright with having a conversation?

I will be reaching out to Mr. Kowalski aswell to let him know.

I guess what im asking is for a continuance.
