Court was held. Due to the PC Hearing not excluding evidence, and the thorough report, we held argumentation and made the ruling. The Defense called no witnesses. The Defense Counselor attempted to keep in contact with the client but the client was unresponsive for many days now.
GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES
Most of the charges were possession based in the room the Defendant shot officers from and was staying, as well as their personal vehicle which was searched in exigency. This search is upheld by the court. The officers unambiguous apprehension of the suspect when they held Sharpe up is irrefutable as well.
Sentencing: The prosecutions leniency in forcing no time in jail is upheld, the defendant is to be released. They have been fined 500k and the vehicle (Gauntlet Hellfire) seized.
