@Morgan Luna-Schofield A plea deal has been negotiated but it features a heavy probation portion. I understand the reticence of the DOJ to allow probation deals through at this time however, as Sheriff of the BCSO, I can assure you we are perfectly capable of performing all required duties regarding probation check-ins. Provided you have no objections, I'm happy to proceed and am awaiting Nacho's response to the proposed offer.

580 A. Sharpe Since it was a Justice's ruling, I will have to defer to @Harlan Mount on this one, as I can't overturn what I was instructed to do by Justice Lars. I do hope you understand, Sheriff.

Morgan Luna-Schofield if would help the Justice, my client doesn’t have any issues so far with the offered HUT plea from Prosecution. Additionally, after conferring with the prosecution, we all agree at least two of the smaller charges deserve to be argued in court.
