Probable Cause:
[Marabunta gang member RAMSAY PARELLO was arrested on August 15th 2025, and was in possession of 60 grams of meth, which is 6 times the felony amount of meth. Parello was in possession of a keychain, with keys to three vehicles. Two vehicles are registered to known Marabunta CECILIA KNIGHT, and the third vehicle is registered to known Marabunta ENZO MADRAGO. These are listed above. Parello's registered vehicles were raided following this arrest, and a further 140g of meth were found in a duffle bag in his Youga Van, VIN 666. Also found inside the van was a table containing a brick of marijuana and several bags. The amount of meth, 200g, along with the fact that most of this meth was inside a readily movable vehicle, is sufficient probable cause that Ramsay Parello is drug trafficking. Parello, being in possession of keys to these other vehicles, along with evidence that Parello uses vehicles he has access to to traffic drugs, gives the BCSO reason to believe that there are more drugs inside these vehicles.]
