SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT
To the State of San Andreas Judiciary;
I, Sergeant Adam Maranero of the Los Santos Police Department am requesting approval for a search and seizure of Mr. Vika Tua's vehicle(s) and properties due to us finding, and arresting him on Weapons Trafficking on 08/19/2025 in the early morning hours. It is our belief that due to his accomplice(s) outlined in two statements and a 911 call to LSPD Officers on the morning of August 19th that the evidence that remains if any can, will and most likely is being moved, tampered with or destroyed.

Item(s) to be Searched for and Seized:
Unlawful weaponry and or explosives along with articles/materials to assist in the production of illegal weaponry and explosives or ammunition.
Probable Cause: During a lawful search of Mr. Vika Tua's person he was found in possession of and after being arrested for possessing and claiming he possessed a VIN scratched and altered vehicle; Snr. Officer Beaumont Bleu located and secured x22 different varied item(s) of firearms including completed weapons then x3 explosive devices. Due to this discovery; Mr. Tua was taken to Rockford PD for processing along with an accomplice; known weapons trafficker Ezra Galahai who was also arrested at the same time for possession of a Class 3 (firearm reciever) and a weapon attachment. As it may; on the 18th of August Mr. Vika Tua knowingly, willingly and intentionally pulled out a stolen, VIN scratched vehicle from the Eclipse Parking lot and began going through its contents. According to a witness that called 911 being a mandated reporter and employee of the LSPD; she was concerned that a theft/robbery was occurring so she called 911 to report it. Three men, and a woman were described to be going through this trucks contents, moving item(s) back and forth into a green box truck, and were about to leave the property as LEO arrived. They were quickly detained and after questioning one male did exclaim that he had possession of the truck and it was his. This person was identified as Vika Tua. It is also evident with his demeanor in the cells and his desire to want to plea to the charge(s) (no contest even though a HUT is defaulted as not guilty) we are bringing forward today, that Mr. Tua is engaging in illegal activity and associating with people consistent with illegal firearms and explosives manufacturing and trafficking. Also that he knows full and to its entire extent that it is illegal and he was caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Again, we reiterate that his associates have history and he intentionally did this your honor(s). We do have a concern due to the amount of people present that the evidence if any that exists in these vehicles will be tampered with, and will be destroyed, moved or manipulated beyond what it currently exists as.
