Items to be Searched for and Seized:
Controlled Dangerous Substances, articles for the production thereof and/or weapon parts.
Probable Cause:
On the 19th of August Sheriff Arthur Sharpe, alongside Deputies Sami Kareem and Mark Wheeler were given consent to access the property of 063 Eclipse Towers Apartment by one Jayla Davies. Jayla Davies had direct access to this property and informed Law Enforcement they had found explosives within the property when granted access by the original property owner, Jimmy Hamilton. Deputies travelled to Eclipse Towers and searched the apartment with the LAWFUL CONSENT of an individual that had direct control over said property. During the search Law Enforcement found the following:
14x Firearms of various classes
6x Molotov Cocktails
In Excess of 300g of Marijuana Seeds
200 Baggies of grown Marijuana
Chemicals for the production of Meth Amphetamine
During the search, multiple articles of documentation returning to Yoshi Wong were located inclusive of invoices, clothing and firearms as presented in evidence. Yoshi Wong is a noted associate of the Property Owner, namely Jimmy Hamilton as per their organisations - also submitted into evidence.
Sheriff Arthur Sharpe therefore believes he has sufficient PROBABLE CAUSE to suggest that Yoshi Wong had direct access to the property of Jimmy Hamilton and, given that his firearms were located in the selfsame duffel bag as weapons receivers and SMG MK2s along with vehicle keys belonging to Jimmy Hamilton that Yoshi Wong is COMPLICIT AND ACTIVELY PARTAKING in the crime of Weapon Trafficking.
Yoshi Wong owns multiple vehicles and two properties, inclusive of one small business in the Southside. Therefore Sheriff Arthur Sharpe applies for a search warrant on all properties to which Yoshi Wong is the registered owner.
