        Motion for Summary Judgement
We are submitting this Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of our client due to the Defendant Mr. Gunnar Saltwood failure to respond to the civil claim within the 10 day period outlined by San Andreas Civil Procedures. Mr. Saltwood entered into a Business Sale's Agreement with our client on March-15-2025 for the purchase of Stroke Masters Auto Shop and Dealership. On this day 5-1-2025 he has still failed to pay the remaining $500,000 balance owed under the terms of that agreement.

We are looking to receive the unpaid amount of $500,000,$50,000 in attorney fees, and $50,000 in damages for the emotional distress and reputational harm done to our client. During this process, Mr. Saltwood has made numerous slanderous claims about our client’s mechanic capabilities, publicly slandering her reputation as a mechanic.

There are no disputes of any facts in this matter. The Defendant was properly served the intent to sue, and has not made any attempt to resolve the dispute, or even respond to the case at hand. Mr.Saltwood has already shown a clear disregard for his contractual obligations, and a disregard for court proceedings. For the reasons listed above we ask the Court to grant Summary Judgment in favor of our client.

All current civil matters will hereby be dismissed without prejudice due to significant paperwork and computer errors over the last week and continuous vexatious litigation. All matters dismissed in this manner are granted an extended statute of limitations before 12:00 PM EST on May 15th, 2025. If payment was previously made, they will be able to resubmit with no additional cost to the Plaintiff.

Freddy I talked to @Magistrate Head Clerk Nym Shaw yesterday about this, and she told me I could keep the case up since we have been so actively perusing this. Do you want me to resubmit this your honor? - Michael Bryant

Also I would like to ask for some clemency in this matter your honor. My client has been waiting for the better part of two weeks for this case, and Mr.Saltwood has yet to respond to these claims, or even send his legal council.
