Defense response to the plaintiff's proposal

The defense would like to officially decline the offer proposed by the plaintiff, as it lacks consideration, conflicts with the parties’ existing written agreement, and is prejudicial to my client’s interests. The defense eagerly awaits a possible deal that does not go against the written agreement and instead falls in line with the plaintiff's issue of the matter at hand, as seen above. (filing reason)

The plaintiff will be adding Leo Salvatorre to the witness list. The plaintiff will also be adding the transcript of State v. Salvatorre from 5/25/25 to evidence. In light of this new evidence, the plaintiff is going to motion for a continuance not only to review this new evidence, but to afford time to have Salvatorre provide a deposition, or in order to move the court time to at least 8 P:M ET to allow him to attend court.
