Adding Evidence:

Motion for Summary Judgement
We are submitting this Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of our client due to the Defendant Mr. Gunnar Saltwood failure to respond to the civil claim within the 10 day period outlined by San Andreas Civil Procedures. Mr. Saltwood entered into a Business Sale's Agreement with our client on March-15-2025 for the purchase of Stroke Masters Auto Shop and Dealership. On this day 5-1-2025 he has still failed to pay the remaining $500,000 balance owed under the terms of that agreement.

We are looking to receive the unpaid amount of $500,000,$50,000 in attorney fees, and $50,000 in damages for the emotional distress and reputational harm done to our client. During this process, Mr. Saltwood has made numerous slanderous claims about our client’s mechanic capabilities, publicly slandering her reputation as a mechanic.

There are no disputes of any facts in this matter. The Defendant was properly served the intent to sue, and has not made any attempt to resolve the dispute, or even respond to the case at hand. Mr.Saltwood has already shown a clear disregard for his contractual obligations, and a disregard for court proceedings. For the reasons listed above we ask the Court to grant Summary Judgment in favor of our client.

Also I would like to ask for some clemency in this matter your honor. My client has been waiting for the better part of two weeks for this case, and Mr.Saltwood has yet to respond to these claims, or even send his legal council.

@Freddy He is actively pursuing this and got back to me quickly so I was just going to let them continue here.

For the sake of everyones time involved can we please receive clarification as to the current status of this docket and what the next steps are.

@Freddy @Magistrate Head Clerk Nym Shaw @Magistrate HC Blake Moore

Before Mr. Bryant went on LOA he briefed me on this case and offered it to me, then referred me to Ms. Morten. After meeting with Ms. Morten and explain Mr. Bryant went on LOA, and that Benjamin Law, her other lawyer, has just posted on the docket 2 days ago and was seen practicing law this morning, Ms. Morten confirmed with me her desire to fire Mr. Law and hire me as first chair attorney on this civil case. So I'm entering. If further proof is needed please reach out.

The plaintiff would like to explore the option of a Lean on Strokemasters. In accordance with we this we would like to formally request a Stay Order for the sale of Strokemasters as it is the subject of a legal suit, as we have reason to believe that Mr. Saltwood is seeking to sell Strokemasters.

Spoke with Ms. Saltwood over phone and confirmed the above, I'll be exiting the docket in this case.

@Ash Lǐ ensure your availability etc are updated and my details are removed when a clerk has a moment.
