Is it possible to get an update regarding this? We've spent the last 3 weeks trying to move this case forward actively and have not seen any movement or guidance, We're yet to establish wether this case needs refiled or is still continuing. For the sake of everyones time involved can we please receive clarification as to the current status of this docket and what the next steps are.

Before Mr. Bryant went on LOA he briefed me on this case and offered it to me, then referred me to Ms. Morten. After meeting with Ms. Morten and explain Mr. Bryant went on LOA, and that Benjamin Law, her other lawyer, has just posted on the docket 2 days ago and was seen practicing law this morning, Ms. Morten confirmed with me her desire to fire Mr. Law and hire me as first chair attorney on this civil case. So I'm entering. If further proof is needed please reach out.

The plaintiff would like to explore the option of a Lean on Strokemasters. In accordance with we this we would like to formally request a Stay Order for the sale of Strokemasters as it is the subject of a legal suit, as we have reason to believe that Mr. Saltwood is seeking to sell Strokemasters.

My apologies for the lack of resonce, but with the re-release of the minecraft move ive been a little desracted. Has Mr Saltwood hired an attorney for this matter? Also make sure he knows that this suit still being pursued as there was some unavoidable delay (i.e the minecraft movie) CHICKEN JOCKEY!)). Once he has been re-appraised of this we will schedulel a new date for the case to be heard in court hopefully but next week.
On an unrelated matter my mommy can get you tickets to the minecraft movie re-release if you are haveing trouble getting them on your own.

@Freddy Your honor, I would like to clarify I wish to motion for a Stay Order for the sale of Strokemasters, as it is the subject of a civil suit and also may be a target for a lean in the event of a default, and we have reason to believe that the defendant has attempted to make moves towards selling the business and building.

Well, well, well. It seems this case is dead in the water and set off a SOS flare. Like the coastguard coming to save the day I'm going to schedule this case for 5PM friday the 23rd of may.
As the defendant hasn't entered the docket, the court will notify him of the day of the trial via call and text to the number in his profile. Any motions to be heard on this case should be brought to court on Friday. See you later.

I'd also like to mention how the plaintiff's counsel refused to contact me regarding this filing, even though after notifying my client of their intent to sue, I informed them that I'm the legal counsel for my client and that we'll be awaiting the filing.

This is me reaching out to Mr Law, less than an hour after they've notified my client that they intend to sue them. I have received no communications from any part of the plaintiff's team regarding the filing, showing that the long wait was caused by the simple fact of them refusing to even try contacting relevant parties, or mark me as defense counsel as this exchange was made BEFORE this suit was placed on the docket.
