Magistrate HC Blake Moore James Spencer
I've added availability on June 8th, and the 15th-17th from 6-8 am est. to try and facilitate this going to trial if we can. After speaking with Ms. Lay I believe she is also able to add an hour to her availability on the 15th-17th to match that 6-8am est. window. There's very little overlap between the Defendant and Ms. Evan's calendar so the question is if we can get a judge for this early time slot. If not, we probably need to just do closing/summary judgment arguments either in person, or on the docket, however the Court prefers to hear argument on this. (Though the defense prefers trial if scheduling can be made to work,)
Side note, Mr. Spencer can you add me to Warrant 808 & CR 26523? I have asked on this docket and in the subpoena docket but only Mr. Temple from the defense was added. Thank you.
