The State is offering the following plea deal (as I have no idea what Teomi had offered):
The State will drop the charges of felony trespassing and disobeying a lawful order if the defendant pleads guilty to the following charges:
1x Resisting
1x Battery Against an LEO
The defendant will receive a refund for her fine of $3,774 and $250 in restitution for time served for those charges if the plea deal is accepted.
